Our yoga is gentle and accessible, aimed at increasing body and self- awareness. It is suitable for people of all ages, fitness levels and abilities.

With Susie at the beautiful new yoga studio at the Natural Health Service in Killay, Swansea. A gentle, supportive environment to learn the basic yoga techniques or advance your yoga practice.
